I have a food obsession. I love to grow it, shop for it, cut it up, think about it, watch it on TV, make a mess with it, bake it... and even clean up after it. And if you're reading this, you probably do too.

It takes more than just goggles to cut an onion
Even The Stig has a thing or two to learn from me about dicing onions. There's more to it than dedicated kitchen-only swim goggles. So we grabbed a little video of it, complete with Giada's technique and an Emeril BAM! a Siobhan BOOM! at the end. (I didn't know my little Canon records sound!)
